"Zone Alarm Security Suite" for Spies, Antivirus, Firewall and more.  Not 
only does it keep the "nasties" out, but does an exceptional job of blocking 
pop-ups too (controllable)!  Only one time has anything ever got through it 
from a Web Site  and that was because I didn't have the security features 
ramped up high enough!

I occasionally double check with Ad-Aware but since I started running the 
Zone Alarm it hasn't ever found anything.
