I'm running an older version of Roxio ECD 5. I need to update it so 
it'll run on XP,

--be very careful.  I experienced a lot of trouble with upgrading Roxio. I don't remember which version but I think the 1st was ok and the rest questionable.

I run a Dell shop and we had a ton of trouble with roxio when 'upgrading' our OS.  I chucked it and stuck w/Nero since.

The current versions are terribly slow and invasive.
