[Ham-Computers] Terminal Program?

I am looking for a terminal program that will dial a number, pause, then
dial an extension to reach a modem.  The important part is that this
terminal program starts at a certain time, if the line is busy, it needs to
re-try until it connects, but can be set to stop after a certain amount of
time, for example, start at 0900, stop at 0930.  DOS, Windows 3.1, 3.11
prefered.

Any ideas?
