[Ham-Computers] Default Photo Software

[Duane Fischer, W8DBF]

Phil,

I did as instructed. Nothing happened when I clicked on the "images only" 
button, went down past a dozen other association options, clicked on "ok". 
Nothing happened. I was back at the destop from where I launched Irfanview.

I restarted the computer on my own.

I was not asked to do a thing. I think something was missed or?
