[Ham-Computers] Re Help With Hypertext Please

Hey Guys,

Windows XP Home Edition with MSIE V6 and OE V6. Using plain text for e-mail. 
If I click on a link from within an e-mail, it does not launch. Why?

It is set the same as Windows 95, 95B, 98A and 98SE, as well as the mail 
client from MS Internet Mail And News to the first OE etc.

Something has changed, so please tell me what to check, uncheck or?
