[Ham-Computers] Questions

Two things:

1. I want to display the computer video on a TV. What is the easiest way 
(also cheapest) to do this?

2. I want to display the output of my Camcorder on the TV screen; I have 
connected all the appropriate cables, but there is nothing on the TV screen. 
Have tried all channels, but nothing. The CamCorder book only says to plug 
in the cables. . .

Again, I guess I am really getting to be a senile old fart (SOF), but this 
has got me stumped!
