XP Pro SP2
Asus A8V Deluxe MB (socket 939)

LPT-1 doesn't seem to be working. I can't find it in Device manager, but
under PRINTERS, FILE, SERVER PROPERTIES, PORTS, I can see LPT-1. 

I discovered this while trying to install a printer driver and during the
install, the LPT-1 port couldn't be found.

Any suggestions? Thank you.
