[Ham-Computers] Question

Could someone advise as to where the setting is for
the following.
I want to send an email to 5 people, i would like
the email to arrive with only that persons address
in the message, not the list of all others.
I believe it is called a hidden address list.
I am using outlook express in windows 2000.
Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.
