[Ham-Computers] Keeping two email PST files in sync

Mike,
Thanks for your thoughts.
This could work, but I was hoping for less user intervention.

Auto-forwarded email would be best...any idea on how to create such a rule
in Outlook? When I was poking through the RULES tool, I couldn't figure out
a way. I can establish an additional email id to make that work if that is
needed.

Hi Gordon,

You might try copying any messages to be transfered to a
folder, but not to a subfolder. Then go into import and
export and choose to export a PST folder. Choose only
the folder with the messages you have just copied over.

Don't check the button that says to include subfolders.
Copy that PST file over to the other computer and then
import its contents therein.

Hi All,
I have two laptop computers and would like to keep their Outlook PST files
in sync.
I can use multiple email accounts to copy email between them, but I have not
figured out a rule to do that.
Any ideas on how one can do this?
I'm trying to avoid the very slow backup restore process by doing this as
messages come in.
