[Ham-Computers] Need Advice on CD/DVD R/W Software

Well, not all of them. Or at least not all of those who have engineering
degrees.
Another answer is any version of EasyCD/EasyMedia since at least 4.x. I just
changed the volume label on a CDR originally written five years ago with
EasyCD (DirectCD) 4.x under NT4.0 with a drive in a machine running EasyMedia 7.x
(Drag-To-Disc) under W2K, using Windows Explorer to do the change (from
Properties). You have to eject and reload the CD (DVD) in order for the change to
show up.
