Aaron, as usual, we owe you a debt of gratitude!  I wasn't affected in the least, but my two sons were going bonkers with grief created by their automatic download of this patch and not knowing what in the world had happened.  I don't envy the pressure you feel at work when these things happen, and hope over the years you've found a way to deal with it.  Somehow I suspect you just <g> and forge ahead!  You're amazing!
