[Ham-Computers] Setting Daylight Time Update With XP

It says here that It was sent @ 11:55am as well... BUT... If you go and look
at the actually mail header it is set to GMT.... Here's a copy of the mail
header....  Apparently...  M$ converts GMT in an e-mail to your local
time... That you have set on computer.... I have no clue really... Just a
wild guess...

Hi Duane,

   Can't figure that out as I just sent message to my daughter and it has
time of 15:53 and it is currently 11:54 here??  I am sending this now and
time here is 11:55.
