[Ham-Computers] Spybot S&D update issue

Is this update issue related to both V1.3 and V1.4?  I don't think anyone has said in their posts.

I use V1.3.  I found their update servers to be overloaded with user update download requests.  There may be not be enough servers for such a popular application so maybe we should all make a contribution.  When I selected another server location from the list on the main page, or chose another time of day or night to allow S&D to search for updates, my problem went away.

I really need to move to 1.4.
