Loren,

I had the same problem starting just about this week last year. My problem
ultimately turned out to be memory errors caused by case temperature rise. And
I solved it (finally) by installing RAM with integral heat sinks. But in
working up to that solution, I installed additional fans and swapped out
everything (one at a time) that had been changed during the upgrade. I.e., system
board, CPU & fan, power supply and RAM. In my case, there were no other hardware
changes during the upgrade except that the new system board(s) had integral
ethernet and sound, so two accessory boards had been eliminated. And no
software changes.

What makes you suspect a conflict? What else did you change at the same
time?
