For what it is worth -
The only Windows OS that I have had no real issues with is Windows 95B! All the
applications seem to talk to each other without getting into a brawl over rights
to the HMA location occupied by one or the other. Since then, every improvement
has resulted in some new conflict it takes the third party people a year to
resolve. By then MS is announcing a new and improved version that "corrects
previous errors, inefficiencies or deficiencies'! (LOL!)
Is anyone out there interested in helping me start a retrograde crusade to return
to the days of DOS when a human could actually use command line directives to
perform useful functions with no mouse and having to call "tech Support" at least
ten times to find out where the blazes the application people put the "exit" or
"quit" function? If interested, please check your area for a cozy cave where we
can take advantage of the earth's natural heating and cooling, so we can afford
the electricity to run our computers.
