[Ham-Computers] Incredimail

I have been using Incredimail XE which, at first, was OK. Now it is starting
to give me a lot of problems so I want to switch back to OutLook Express. 
The question is: does anyone know of a way to transfer files from one type
of program to another?
Incredimail help is no help!
I know how to do it "The hard way" but I am looking for a easier solution.
