I also saw what you are talking about. I think the 5v multiplied by the 5v
amps was the wattage to use. They are adding useless watts to the rating by
playing with the additional 5v and the 12 v lines. I think the tags now
have another wattage rating than the "total". I remember looking at the
pictures of the tags at NewEgg when I was getting the parts for mine. Dan

Be very very careful with power supplies.
There was a recent review (cannot find the URL at the moment) that
documented some of the dubious marketing ethics used in describing their
genuine vs theoretical capacities.
If you need 380+ watts then you need one that does
400 watts continuous without drooping.
