I agree with what's been said about FrontPage, it is yet
another anti-competitive effort by M$ to create a standard
they will not share and that is not compatible.
It is plenty easy to use one of the many many free Web
page apps out there.
arachnophilia is a good one for Linux.
Google or AskJeeves or another search engine should turn
up dozens of them for M$, Apple, or Linux.
Any Web browser together with any editor is more than
sufficient for most basic user needs.
Everything I build is done that way.
