Sorry you had those problems.
I can honestly say that the SAV/ZA combination has functioned perfectly
on all 2k/XP boxes on which I've used it, including a few hundred at
work. The difference might be the version I'm running.

the reason I recommended ZA was that XP's `firewall' does not block
outgoing connections. ZA does. I'm sure there are others.
