This is an odd problem. Certain functions on this pay $$$ business site work
with Sun JAVA-others won't. Their help file acknowledges problems using Sun
JAVA and they only recommend Internet Explorer. 

I'm in no position to complain-I'd rather comply and benefit from the data
they publish.
