a. Advanced users are not necessarily professional or knowledgeable users.
They may know just enough to think they know or to be dangerous... Also,
many "advanced" users don't read installation manuals and removal
instructions of a previous product - NAV or System Works are peculiar about
properly removing and wiping out all traces of a similar product or previous
version of the same product before installing the new Norton product. That's
where all that bad reputation comes from.
b. Mirroring hard drives IS NOT covered by Norton Ghost, as it was explained
before... Ghost is for cloning of hard drives and it has nothing to with
RAID 1.
