You are allowed 650 Meg of data, but you can get 700 meg on if you the 
burning software can do it.
I don't remember the directory limits on disks.
If you are trying to burn to a disk that has already been burned to, and 
wasn't setup as a multi-session disk you can't burn anymore on it.
