Phil,

Because I am doing what e-mail I write on an old DOS driven machine being booted
from a 3.5 inch diskette, I am using minimal words in my replies. One
consequence of this is appearing to be too blunt, as i ear i did in my response
to you. Sorry for the curtness OM, you know me well enough that I doubt it is a
problem, but I wanted all to know that it was not meant to be sarcastic or
whatever. I just thought that asking the people at Tiger who built it, at least
I think they build what they sell?, you might get the 'real' answer instead of a
number of well intentioned subscribers offering their opinions. Which are
generally right on the mark. However, knowing you as well as I do, and also
knowing you are a purist for those stickly little details most Hams gloss over,
I thought you might get a more accurate picture as to the 'reasons why' from the
manufacturer.

Let us know what you do determine Phil, interesting point to ponder.

Burger Chef?)
