Rich:

I forgot to mention that the reason for using the second NIC (and hub) is so 
that I can limit the Son's access to the internet. If I leave his computer 
connected to the 'first network' he can access the net any time, even with 
the 'main' computer off.
Using the second NIC would allow me to just shut off the 'main' computer 
when I don't want him to have access.
I also struggled with blocking IP addresses with the router but that didn't 
work correctly.
