Disabling these 2 devices is not a good idea and may
be the source of your problems (the Audio device isn't
such a big deal), you may be getting a huge
performance hit by not having the "Unknown Device"
properly installed. It could be USB, Modem, Intel
Drivers..

These can be taken care of by downloading the latest
drivers from the IBM site, The Audio Device would be
the built in sound card. The "Unknown Device" would be
a little harder to find, if you compare the drivers
offered on the IBM site with what you have installed
you probably will find the missing Device. It could be
the Intel processor drivers (which is fairly common).
