[Ham-Computers] Re Mailing Photos

I get a looseleaf binder (notebook) at a $1 store and cut the covers open to
get the heavy paperboard out of them and use that as a backer for mailing
photos.  In a worst case, I have gotten thin boxes at The Box Store and
mailed picture in those.
