Yes and sort of.
Yes, if you use a font that has a zero (ASCII code "30") with the slash.
Sort of if the font in use has a slash zero as an extended character. It's
fine for printing, but the caveat with this zero is that searches and/or
sorts on this caracter will not match a true zero (ASCII "30"). With most
Windows fonts, the slash zero is extended char code "216". You can type
this in Word by holding the ALT key down and entering on the numeric keypad
"0216" (no quotes) with the NUMLOCK enabled. That's <ALT>-0216. That
should give you this character: Ø
