[Ham-Computers] Need Install Software for 3COM 3C-905C Network Card

I have a Dell Dimension 4100 currently running a 3COM 3C905C-TX-M network 
card (to allow a cable modem) and Win Me. I'm attempting to change to Win 
98SE to minimize Win Me glitches, and have network card driver problems.

The User Guide downloaded from the 3COM download site says for Win 95 and 
98 I must remove the network card, run the EitherCD preinstallation program 
and replace the card before installing the drivers. This program is not 
needed if Win Me is used, so my Dell Driver CD does not include it. If I 
select Win 98 drivers when using the Dell Driver CD, I only have dialup 
capability (per Network Icon in Control Panel). The Win Me drivers don't 
work, either.

I've carefully checked the 3COM download site and cannot find any downloads 
involving pre-installation. I'd like to get the 3COM installation CD, or 
have someone copy it to a CD-R (first choice) or CD-RW (second 
choice).  I'm willing to pay.

Can anybody help?
