[Ham-Computers] Trogan horses

Help!

I've got a problem with a couple of Trogans on my computer and need 
assistance in getting rid of them. 
They are Dropper.Agent.AG  and PSW. Agent.3.BF.  What programs would you 
recommend to get rid of them? 
Would prefer a freebie but am not against a good paid version.  Would, 
of course, like one that would block
any future infections.

Any suggestions?
