On the Post screen (you can't hit the Pause/Break key to hold on this 
screen) you will find a number at the bottom of the screen.)
The Post screen is during memory testing just after you power it up.
In the top left it will tell you the bios make.
Then go here http://www.wimsbios.com/ or here http://www.matrix-bios.nl/
That is if you can power it up.
