[Ham-Computers] Looking for Laptop HD

I have a CTX laptop with a 3 Gig HD and would like to increase the size.
Per CTX the largest HD that the bios will recognize is a 6 Gig HD.  These
are the small IBM type HD's.  My laptop is a CTX EzNote model M303.  My HD
is an IBM Travelstar, Model DKLA-23240, 3.25GB ATA/IDE, P/N 03L5550.

If you have one kicking around that might work, let me know and what you are
asking for it.
