Microsoft Visual Basic Virtual Machine v6.0 (MSVBVM60).  In essence, it's
the code required to run MS Visual Basic 6 applications.  You'll probably
also find MSVBVM50.DLL for VB v5 apps.  Another common MS "run-time" library
is MSVCRTxx.DLL for MS Visual C apps.
