[Ham-Computers] Win 98 Garbage Collector

Windows 98SE should have been named Windows 99, as it is almost a totaly
different OS than Windows 98a. The reason it was not, was because MS devoted
advertising to Windows ME andignored 98SE.	

	It is probably the most secure OS MS has ever released! So secure in fact, that
some software will not even run under it. If you try to "restart in the MS DOS
Mode', it will either lock up right away or fail shortly thereafter. It will
work just find if you use the MS DOS prompt from within Windows, however.

I am using 98SE...from what I heard ME was worse than SE for releasing 
resources. Thanks !
