They are resalable if you remove them from your computer as you say you did.
You may need to include a letter of transfer in which you assure buyers that
they are receiving software you originally purchased and has only been
licensed once.  

OEM software cannot be transferred even if you sell your computer.  The
license for that is one machine and one user. If you sell the machine and
the user tries to register it under their own name, they may not have any
success.  

As you said, full versions and upgrades are transferable one time.
