I kindly direct you to the response that Aaron Hsu offered on this reflector.
I did verify the information that Aaron gave me with Microsoft and they indeed, confered with Aaron  that you can reinstall the software on another computer.
Please, unless you are sure of your answer, do not post negative responses to the reflector.
I respect your right to your opinion and your right to say it, however, please think before you make such a post because it could have an adverse effect on someone's effort to sell  legimate software.
