[Ham-Computers] Computer RFI Noise?

Have you tried a wire from one of the fan mount screws to ground. The computer brand name is usually not a factor.  I worked as a computer tech for years. Amazing out many computers I found that were NOT grounded Have you taken the socket face plate off to see there are (3)three wires and insured that all three are connected.
