[Ham-Computers] Computer RFI Noise?

I have found my recent source of much noise when
operating 30/40/80m here - my PC computer.
My eMac has no problem in that regard.
Anyway, the PC is the one currently interfaced for
HF work and will probably stay that way.
Just now, on 40m with the G5RV I just put up to
replace the "noisy vertical," I go from solid s-7 to
s-9 (depending on exact frequency) to s-2/3.
I do live in quite a noisy location, but obviously
the computer is killing me.
The computer is an Athlon 2000XP and is in an
import case from Fry's Electronics. I am fairly
certain that it is the power supply that is the source.
The PC case is grounded well to station ground.
Solutions?
