Jay,

Sorry, a couple of weeks ago, this list had changed to obey generally 
accepted REPLY rules.  Someone must have changed it back to the wrong mode where 
REPLY goes to the INFO ADDEE instead of the ACTION ADDEE.

BTW, since this is going to the list, although I've solved the problem I'm 
still curious as to what a .FNM file is.  Everybody has had an opion of some 
sort as to what to do about it but no one has said what the sucker is.  And what 
those characters displayed as vertical rectangles are.  They aren't CR/LF 
because CE/LF does a function, not displays a symbol.  And if I force a CR/LF 
after it, suddenly there are three of them.  I know that I could do a search and 
destroy but what the devil is it?
