Hi Jim,

First off select the entire address in IE or Netscape and Edit->Copy it. 
Then if I remember correctly, minimize the browser and right click on 
the desktop and click on New->Shortcut. Name it what you will. You will 
then be able to go into the shortcut and enter the web address(by 
pasting the text you earlier copied) by right clicking on it and 
choosing 'Properties'.
