[Ham-Computers] Question on Win 95..has me stumped

Brian,
I dont know about WIN 95 but I know that 98 has a problem of not releasing
resources once they are used by a program..Im talking about memory. Besides
screen savers there are other programs that tie up the resources and wont
release them back for other programs.
Either your computer may be running out of memory or you may have a bad
memory location. WIN 95 had lots less capability of spotting and reporting
problems in executing programs than 98 and later.
Just be sure you dont have any un-needed TSR programs running. Question is
will the computer lock up running other programs. Maybe for some reason the
computer can't understand some instruction in the weather program.
