Gene,

Just thought of one more option that might be easier than filtering by MAC
address.

Use static IP addresses for your computers, but leave the Xbox on DHCP.
Configure the router to assign a limited number of DHCP IP addresses (say 2)
and then configure the schedule page to block the IP addresses assigned by
DHCP.  This way, any computer/device that doesn't have a static IP address
will be assigned a DHCP address that's on a schedule.  Better yet,
completely block all other unused IP addresses so your stepson can't change
the Xbox's IP address to one that's not blocked.  Heck, leave his computer
on DHCP so he can't surf all night either.  That's a judgement call for you.
