Well the first thing that comes to mind is to give each system on your 
network a fixed IP address and then shut off DHCP at the router.  Right 
off the top of my head this would seem like the simplest fix.

On the other hand the Xbox uses the Linux kernel in its operating 
system.  I would let it be known that connecting to my server outside of 
time limits set on the server would run a utility that will mount and 
then format the hard drive in the Xbox.  Whether you have such a "nuke" 
in your arsenal of software tools is something that he would have to 
test to find out.  Although I normally don't like making threats that I 
can't back up.  You know the local psychological situation better than I.
