[Ham-Computers] Re Spelling Correction In XP Home Edition

Hi All,

What do I need to install, or do, to get the spell checking function of 
Outlook Express V6.0 to work? Presently it says it is not available.

This system is custom built and does not have any software on it other than 
XP Home Edition, MSIe 6, OE 6, various safety programs etc.
