[Ham-Computers] Fw: Nero help

Hello all,
With all the problems i have had, i am making more backups.
Recently i purchased some re-writable disks to save on using single use
disks.
Running Nero version 5.5.10.30 that came bundled with my drive.
I need to set up the program to be able to add data to the re-writable disk
as well as totally re-write to the disk with more or different data.
Is there a better program to use that Nero that will do the job better or
more reliably.
Nero doesn't tell me how to in the doc unless it is in Russian ?
Can you assist        ??
