Windows' own Search facility will do this.
When you use it (F3 from the desktop), go into advanced and you can
specify a min or max size to search for (in addition to date and other
criteria).  When it's done, you can organize by clicking on the top of
the size (or whichever) column.

Just be CAREFUL of what you delete.
Also, think about whether to enable or disable searching for hidden
and/or system files.


One really great (free) program I use is called Crap Cleaner.  It cleans
all sorts of temp and junk files, giving you the choice of whether to
delete or having it go in and do it automatically.  You can choose file
types also.


You'd be amazed at what's hiding underneath your Documents and Settings
folder.
