Agreed.
I got the admin at my old job to start looking at Linux. He has found 
the right distro for the desktop.
Last I talk to him he was working on switching his servers.
The database he has run since the conception of the factory computer 
system is Clipper.
He is researching the best alternative to switch the database as well as 
the Outlook server.
I got him hooked on a couple of Debian distros one of which was Ubuntu.
He said one way or another he was going to have the factory running linux.
