[Ham-Computers] Outlook Express problem

Mine does the same thing, it always has since I got the new computer in
2002. I even have MS word installed on here and spell check has NEVER
worked.

I need help!
When running OE I keep getting the message:

"THE SPELLCHECK ON THIS DOCUMENT WAS HALTED. DO YOU WANT TO SEND IT ANYWAY?"

I have run every virus program known to man, dog and cat with nor virus
infections found.
I have also searched Microsoft's web site and used all fixes that applied
with not results.
The problem is not that the spellcheck does'nt work, but that the message
keeps popping up; I have re-installed MS Word (for the spellcheck), still NG
Any ideas out there?
