good ideas all, but also be careful with Dell support.
I've worked in Dell shops for a long time. Their support, while really
good, can also be really bad, depending on the tech, their
understanding, and the thickness of their accent.
We set up a pc at work with all of our production apps and installed
SP2. A lot needed to be done to make it functional in the first place.
The rest of the testing is set for this week.
My advice is to wait a little longer.
