if you use Microsoft Outlook, it's already in there.  There's a
calendar, which you can set and program with alarms.

I don't believe this comes with Outlook Express.

Palm desktop software will probably do this too - just plug the data
into the calendar and set alarms.  You don't need an actual Palm/PDA to
use it.
