[Ham-Computers] Backup Utility Needed

Can anyone recommend a backup utility that runs under W2K, can be scheduled 
to run unattended, and is capable of in effect cloning a running OS boot drive 
including whatever it takes to backup or copy a running SQL Server database.  
The utility does not necessarily have to be available for free.
